What We’re Looking For
- Practical experience and subject-matter expertise in insurance, finance, ethics, LTC, annuities, or other related topics.
- Strong communication skills – you make complex rules and concepts easy to understand.
- Reliability, engagement, and enthusiasm. We teach for professionals, so content needs to be current, accurate, and relevant.
- A smooth tech setup (for webinars), preparedness for classroom sessions, or flexibility for on-site instruction.
What Being an Instructor Involves
- Developing and delivering CE content that meets state licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Interacting with learners: answering questions, leading discussions, managing polls, ensuring engagement.
- Keeping course materials up to date with the latest laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with Community Educators for scheduling, feedback, and course improvements.
